Organisation quality assurance
The Project Director directly communicates with the client at all times and assumes overall leadership and responsibility, overseeing the project’s delivery and strategic guidance. The Consulting Team will be primarily responsible for delivering project deliverables, providing high-level quality assurance, and maintaining client liaison. They will ensure adherence to the client QA requirements, with additional quality assurance from the Project team leaders and the manager. The point of contact will be the POT project manager.
The consultant is committed to a comprehensive QA system, addressing all aspects of quality. Open dialogue, bi-weekly, with the client will be maintained to ensure a quality development process, considering impartiality, independence, credibility, and usefulness. QA will evaluate contextualization, data robustness, stakeholder consultation, validation, evidence-based conclusions and the practical recommendations.
Strong backstopping support, will assist the consulting team. Methodological backstopping and QA processes will therefore be integrated into the Consultant’s quality management. The Project Director will provide internal management and QA oversight, applying checklists and demonstrating data robustness. The client’s Team and industry experts will also contribute to quality assurance.
